  • Includes unlimited 24/7 coworking for up to 5 employees

  • Unlimited discounted conference room hours at $25 / hour (77% discount)

  • Additional employees can be added for just $75 per person (up to 20 total employees)

  • Free coffee, tea, beverages, bike storage, phone booth use

  • Utilities, janitorial, on-site staff included

  • Month to month terms, cancel any time

How many employees can use the space?

Up to 20. The first 5 members are $995 / month and each additional member is $75 / month.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Memberships are month to month and you can cancel any time. However, if you wish to lock in with a prepaid membership for a year, we’ll offer you a 20% discount.

The location I want is SOLD OUT. When will a spot free up?

In order to effectively manage common resources, we put a strict limit on team memberships at each location. Contact us to join the waitlist and we’ll let you know as soon as a spot opens up!

Will you create a custom package for my team?

No. We’ve worked with many organizations over seven years, and have drawn on our experience and expertise to design a team membership that will fit the needs of the vast majority of organizations. You know your business, we know hybrid work and flexible office space. Trust us on this one!

Is there a limit to how many discounted meeting room hours I can book?

You can book as many hours as you’d like at the discounted $25 / hour rate.

Can we use phone booths?

Yes, your team will have access to phone booths at no extra charge. Booths are first come, first served and we ask that members limit individual sessions to 60 minutes or less.
