When a member cancels, there are a series of steps we need to take to remove them from the various tPC systems.  Remember to be polite and cordial, and thank them for their time as a member.  Circumstances change, and no one can remain a member forever!

Member cancellation checklist

  • Cancel in Stripe for end of current billing period
  • Change status in Streak CRM to Past_Members
  • Change status in SecretThicket Members Database to Inactive
  • Collect key, refund deposit via Stripe, mark key as "unassigned" in Secret Thicket Keycards database
  • Deactivate in Slack channel
