When a member cancels, there are a series of steps we need to take to remove them from the various tPC systems.  Remember to be polite and cordial, and thank them for their time as a member.  Circumstances change, and no one can remain a member forever!

Member cancellation checklist

  • Cancel in members database (for individual team members, mark as "inactive")
  • Change status in Streak CRM to Past_Members
  • Collect key, refund deposit via members database, deactivate in Brivo
  • Deactivate in Slack 
  • Deactivate in YaRooms
  • Send Google review request and exit survey email
  • Delete from printer address book (login is admin and 1111 as password)
