What's On Tap - November 2019

The fall season has been treating us well at TPC. We’ve been keeping busy with both locations, hosting member events and growing these communities that we love so much. Here’s what’s on tap!

What we’re working on

Check out this write-up on our Tacoma location in the Puget Sound Business Journal!

TPC Tacoma member and architect Dane Torrens has worked on some pretty awesome projects recently:

A completely transformed arcade in Ocean Shores (it was the owner’s lifelong dream to open his own arcade and moved from San Diego to Ocean Shores for this space).

A great open concept design for a study hall at UC Davis.

What we did

Bluebeard Roasters & Smith Tea tasting events

Bluebeard Roasters has been keeping our coffee consumption going strong in Tacoma. In October we had a cupping with Evan, the Wholesale Manager, and our members got to learn about how the team at Bluebeard sources their coffees and creates such a good roast!

Our teas in Tacoma come from Smith Tea, based out of Portland. Smith hosted a workshop for our members: Tea as an Ingredient - Matcha. This was a treat for our avid tea drinkers and novices alike. Here is the recipe for the Matcha Sunrise drink we made!
