MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM  -  $75/hour OR $495/day* includes:

  • Private conference room with seating for up to 15 (table) or 22 (theater) people
  • Dry-erase boards, one chalkboard, flip charts, and markers
  • On-site staff and AV assistance
  • Sofa and table space for lunch or snacks
  • High-speed WiFi access and wired Ethernet ports
  • 65" 4K flatscreen display with HDMI or VGA hookup
  • Projector and pulldown screen
  • Polycom conference telephone system
  • Video conferencing using Skype, Google Hangouts, or Go2Meeting (USB, HDMI, or equivalent needed)
  • Coffee, tea, and ice water service available starting at $75 for groups of 20 or less

CANOPY ROOM MEETING SPACE  -  $795/day* includes:

  • Private meeting area with meeting table(s) for up to 25 (table, classroom, or seminar) or 50 (auditorium, cocktail, or theater) 
  • Lounge area with sofa and chairs
  • On-site staff and AV assistance
  • High-speed wireless internet access
  • Mobile dry-erase board and markers
  • HD projector, portable screen, window shades, and 12' widescreen
  • Video conferencing using Skype, Google Hangouts, or Go2Meeting (USB, HDMI, or equivalent needed)
  • Coffee, tea, and ice water service available starting at $75 for groups of 20 or less

PLATO ROOM MEETING SPACE  - $595/day* includes:

Looking for a classroom space to rent?  The Pioneer Collective offers a number of customizable classroom space options for your next class, training, workshop, meetup, or seminar.  

 

WORKSHOPS AND FACILITATORS

Workshops can be a fantastic way to make your next team get-together experiential and more effective.  The Pioneer Collective has partnered with local experts to provide workshop and meeting facilitation including creative problem solving, design thinking, team organizational improv and more.  Our facilitators have worked all over the globe with some of the world's largest companies to some of the smallest non-profits and everything in between.


COFFEE, TEA, AND ICE WATER SERVICE

Sit back, relax, and let our staff provide coffee, tea, and water service for your meeting.  Includes morning delivery of fresh brewed Elm Coffee, hot water, cream, sugar, and a selection of three Harney & Sons Tea varieties.  One afternoon refill is included upon request. 

Pricing

  • $75 - groups of 1-10 attendees
  • $100 - groups of 11-20 attendees
  • Groups of 21+, please contact one of our suggested caterer for coffee service
