What’s On Tap — January 2026
We procrastinated, but it’s still January. Here’s what’s happening at The Pioneer Collective.
Upstairs Addition: Belltown Expansion
We’ve progressed to the final stage of permit approval and have started sandblasting years of paint off of the timber columns and brick walls. Demo and framing will begin at the end of the month.
Fun tidbit: over the years we’ve stockpiled a collection of extra furniture and fixtures from previous projects. Our goal is to put 100% of these into use in the new space to reduce our environmental footprint and overall build cost.
