MARCH 19th @ TPC BALLARD 4:00PM

TPC Member and Community Lead, Natalie McKee recently launched Celestial Fizz Co, a mobile bar experience inspired by the idea that gatherings should feel intentional, welcoming, and a little bit magical.

FAQ and A

NEW SECTION! Have a burning question about TPC? Others probably share your confusion. Send your queries to us and we'll answer them here.

This month's question:

Q. Are pets allowed at The Pioneer Collective?

-Tony S.

A. Meow. Great question, Tony. Well-trained pets are allowed in private offices at all TPC locations. We love animals but we do not permit them in communal spaces so we can be respectful of those with allergies, fears, and other sensitivities.

IN THE NEWS

Seattle Opens Residential Areas to Small Cafes, Corner Markets

Wish you had something like Volunteer Park Cafe in your neighborhood? It's now possible. Seattle has finally updated zoning rules to allow more neighborhood cafes and businesses. Rep. Mark Klicker from Walla Walla has sponsored a similar bill in Olympia that would require cities across the state to allow such businesses in an effort to create gathering spaces "like what we see in Europe."

BNBuilders Opens Downtown Tacoma Office

Welcome to the neighborhood! In a win for Downtown Tacoma, general contractor BNBuilders recently opened a 5,000 sqft office at 1145 Broadway, their second in Washington.

Owners of Lockspot Cafe in Ballard Camp Out to Deter Copper Thieves

They called the coppers but it went to voicemail. Don't worry though, the state is taking the issue very seriously.
