FLOWER BARS ARE BACK!

We hosted the first of our three annual flower bars this week at TPC Ballard. The weather forced us to abandon our rooftop dreams and move inside but we still managed to have a successful event. Natalie from Celestial Fizz Co. mixed up some delicious cocktails and NA drinks and more than 30 members made their own flower arrangements to bring home. Check the calendar below for Belltown and Tacoma dates!

Editors note: I recommend packing a lunch at least four days per week to keep a healthy cushion in your bank account for your coworking membership.

Mass Timber Tower Scrapped

Developers abandoned plans to build a mass timber tower on the site where Ross formerly operated. Ownership is now looking for a retail tenant. "We're shooting for a full-space user but finding one user that can take 43,000 square feet with no parking, no loading and a bunch of columns in the middle has been really tough," said the broker.

WE CLEANED UP THE STREETS

Thanks to the Ballard members who helped pick up litter on our adopted blocks. We filled multiple large bags with trash and then enjoyed happy hour together. Sad you missed it? I hear there is more litter in the forecast, so we'll surely get another chance. Stay tuned!
