Community Lead Trade Position

Locations: Seattle and Tacoma

Do you bring energy and enthusiasm to each day? Are you working on a new venture or project that could use a home base? TPC is looking for someone who is outgoing, approachable, communicative and results-oriented, to join the Community Lead Trade Program.

In exchange for a 24/7 Communal Membership Membership, we ask for 8 hours a week of front desk time and a three month commitment. This is typically broken up into two 4 hour shifts each week. The morning shift is 8am-12pm, and the afternoon shift is 1:30pm-5:30pm.

Community Lead engagements typically last three months with opportunity for extension.

Your primary responsibilities will be: 

  • Opening and/or closing duties

  • Warmly greeting members, potential members, guests and drop-ins

  • Keeping coffee fresh and kitchen clean

  • Watering plants

  • Rental room setup and breakdowns

  • Basic troubleshooting and triage of technical issues
