Community Operations Associate

Reports to: Community Manager
Hours: Part-time; Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 10:00 am & Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Compensation: $18/hr includes health & commuter benefits

Role Description

The tPC Community Operations Associate will be responsible for creating & maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for both members and guests. You will assist the Community Manager in facilitating member operations & events as well as day-to-day business operations. The Community Operations Associate will help to create a quality workspace by greeting guests, tidying up the space, & triaging issues that may arise.

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

  • Organized, punctual, & attentive to details

  • Ability to work as both a part of a team & independently; self-starter

  • Skilled in multitasking & prioritizing

  • Past coworking, hospitality, or service industry is a plus


Primary Responsiblities

  • Opening and/or closing duties

  • Warmly greeting members & guests

  • Keeping coffee fresh & kitchen clean

  • Meeting room rental setup & breakdown

  • Touring potential members & clients

  • Basic troubleshooting

  • Some social media management

  • Assisting with events
