PT Events Operations Staff

Reports to: Head of Events
Hours: Part-time; dynamic schedule - weekends and evenings between 6pm - 12am
Compensation: $18/hr

Role Description

TPC Events Staff is responsible for creating & maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for events organizers, vendors and guests. You will work with the Head of Events to plan and execute first class events for TPC members, clients and guests.

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

  • Organized, punctual, & attentive to details

  • Ability to work as both a part of a team & independently; self-starter

  • Skilled in multitasking & prioritizing

  • Past coworking, hospitality, or service industry is a plus


Primary Responsiblities

  • Opening and closing duties

  • Vendor coordination, management

  • Warmly greeting members & guests

  • Event setup & breakdown, clean up

  • Basic troubleshooting of AV and technical equipment (training provided)
