Meetings at the Pioneer Collective - Ballard
I've booked my meeting, now where do I go day-of?
TPC Ballard is located at 5101 14th Ave NW, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98107
Our entrance is on the south side of the building, on 51st Street, just west of Great Notion Brewing. Use the code in your confirmation to enter the lobby, then take the elevator to the second floor. Please check in with our on-site staff person who can show you to your reserved space.

Can I show up early to set up?
Set up must be done during your allotted rental time. If you feel you'll need more time, please book an extra half hour or hour on the front end of your reservation.
What amenities are provided for meetings?
We provide the following amenities to meeting guests at no extra charge:
HD television display or HD projector with HDMI or Apple Display Port connections
Dry-erase board with whiteboard markers and erasers
Video conferencing devices including webcam and speaker
25 Black & white prints. Additional prints $0.25/page
Hi-speed WiFi internet
Coffee, tea, and ice water
Is coffee included with bookings?
Coffee, tea, and water are available in our member’s kitchen.
I want to schedule a breakout session(s), can I use other areas in the workspace?
Breakout areas and additional conference space can be reserved subject to availability for $25-$75/hour depending on size of space needed.
Where should attendees go to make private phone calls?
If attendees need a separate room for a private call they can contact our staff at ballard@thepioneercollective.com to book a breakout room.
Can I bring in outside catering?
Yes! You can see a list of our approved catering options here. Don’t see your preferred catering on our list? Please reach out to ballard@thepioneercollective.com to inquire!
What’s the parking situation like?
Street parking is plentiful and currently free on the blocks surrounding TPC Ballard. More parking information here. Please do not park in our neighbor’s lot.
How do I pay?
You can reserve a room on demand via our website.
What are your cancellation policies?
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a credit equal to 50% may be applied to a *new date when The Pioneer Collective is notified 31 calendar days or more in advance. If given notice 30 calendar days or less, a credit equal to 25% may be applied to a new date (pending availability).
Does The Pioneer Collective offer lactation rooms for nursing parents?
Yes! Please see our onsite staff who can get you access.
Do you allow pets?
No, with the exception of service animals. ESAs are not allowed.
Where should I take my group for drinks / dinner after our meeting?
Ballard and the surrounding North Seattle neighborhoods are full of great spots for dinner and drinks. All of the restaurants below are within walking distance or a short car ride.
