Meetings at the Pioneer Collective - Belltown
I've booked my meeting, now where do I go day-of?
BELLTOWN - OUR ADDRESS: 92 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121
Our entrance is located on the between 1st Ave and Western. We are in The Guiry and Schillestad Building. Our front desk is located just inside the double-glass entry doors (our logo is painted on them in gold leaf). Please check in with our front desk staff who can show you to your reserved space.
BELLTOWN ANNEX - OUR ADDRESS: 2107 Elliott Ave, Seattle, WA 98121
The Belltown Annex space houses our Spruce & Pine Suites and is ½ block from our main location on Lenora. Enter through the gate on Elliott Ave using the code in your confirmation, and follow the signs to your rented suite.

Can I show up early to set up?
Set up must be done during your allotted rental time. If you feel you'll need more time, please book an extra half hour or hour on the front end of your reservation.
What amenities are provided for meetings?
We provide the following amenities to meeting guests at no extra charge:
HD television display or HD projector with HDMI or Apple Display Port connections
Dry-erase board with whiteboard markers and erasers
Video conferencing devices including webcam and speaker
25 Black & white prints. Additional prints - $0.25/page
Hi-speed WiFi internet
Coffee, tea, and filtered water
Is coffee included?
Coffee, tea, and water can be accessed in our members kitchen. If you have booked the Spruce or Pine suite in our Annex, an in-room coffee service can be added on for a fee.
I want to schedule a breakout session(s), can I use other areas in the workspace?
Breakout areas and additional conference space can be reserved subject to availability for $25-$75/hour depending on size of space needed.
Where should attendees go to make private phone calls?
If attendees need a separate room for a private call they can contact our staff at belltown@thepioneercollective.com to book a breakout room.
Can I bring in outside catering?

What’s the parking situation like?

What are your cancellation policies?
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a credit equal to 50% may be applied to a *new date when The Pioneer Collective is notified 31 calendar days or more in advance. If given notice 30 calendar days or less, a credit equal to 25% may be applied to a new date (pending availability).
Does the Pioneer Collective offer lactation rooms for nursing parents?
Yes, please see the on-site staff for access.
Do you allow pets?
No, with the exception of service animals.
Where should I take my group for drinks / dinner after our meeting?
Belltown/Pike Place are full of great spots for dinner and drinks. All of the restaurants below are within walking distance.
